Description
Rolling GRP PCT-430L (100) – this insulating materials based on glass fiber, which is impregnated with latex, phenol-formaldehyde and urea-formaldehyde resins, modifiers.
Due to 100% recycling fiber production is becoming more environmentally friendly. Primary fiber – a thin continuous thread which is drawn from a glass melt. From him already creating untwisted strands of roving or twisted filament yarns.
The second important component of manufacturing fiberglass – binder. This mixture of synthetic substances which penetrate into the structure of the glass filler, and during solidification to form a monolithic structure. The main requirements for communication – high adhesion and wettability. Mainly used:
- Phenol-formaldehyde resins and their modifications;
- Silicon-organic resins;
- Polyester resin M105, M251, PN-1, PN-609, etc;.
- Epoxy Resin EH-5, EH-20, etc.
Glass fiber polyester are designed for constant temperature to 150 degrees, and the epoxy – 200. Organic Silicon – up to 370 in short term heating to 540 degrees.
